Refund & cancellation policy

Buyers

Refunds are handled by the seller. Your payment goes directly to the seller, so only the seller can refund it. Use the "Message seller" link on your order page.
Paid after an item sold out? The order is marked "Refund due" for the seller, who must return your money.
Cancel before paying: tap "Cancel" in the WhatsApp chat, or simply don't pay – the hold ends on its own and nothing is charged.
Razorpay payments (when the seller uses automatic payments) are refunded by the seller through that gateway, usually back to the original payment method.

If a monthly plan fee applies to your shop, it is billed per month as shown on your NukkadSale plan page.
You can stop using NukkadSale at any time by contacting us; no new invoices are created after that.
Fees already paid for a month are not refunded unless we agree otherwise in writing.
